The machine is equipped with a storage tank and vertical header with a complete structured part made of stainless steel  AISI304
-The header vertical position can intensify homogenizing process of the product and can easily aerate different types of dough with little density.
The storage tank which  is made of stainless steel AISI304  with a polished inner surface can store the dough prior to homogenization process.
-Emulsifier  turbo header is fed by a circular pump which is made of stainless steel and causes it to maintain the capacity and perform ideal function.

-Used to direct cake dough as sheet on the Tunnel Oven belt in which the width is adjustable between 1.5 to 8 mm.

Cooling Conveyer and working Table:

-This machine is used to cool the layer cake after tunnel oven and dough overlapping machine to convey it to working table.
-Cooling Conveyer Machine chassis is fully stainless steel and its belt is a plastic modular made by Ammeraal Beltech from Spain. For smooth belt movement , under the belt there are stainless steel guides with special plastic strips to move cooling belt smoothly and slowly.
-In the cooling  outlet , there is a 100cm stainless steel  roller to convey cake to the working table without damaging  the cake texture and can overlapped in direction of the working table.
Equipped with electromotor with two gearboxes with top ward rotation to direct the belt.
-Equipped with brush system and blowing device to clean the belt automatically.

Working Table Conveyer:
- Equipped with fully stainless steel body and chassis
-PU belt is manufactured by Ammeraal Beltech Co. in Spain which is installed on working table and each sided has V-band installed  to prevent the working table belt from any deviation directing it to the working table.
