For baking types of cookie and biscuits.
-Capability of belt placement with 100cm width
-Equipped with 3 baking zones each zone 10m , inlet and outlet 3m.Baking Length: 30m
-All Burners are nonflammable stainless steel.
-The burners is be for Natural Gas or Gasoline Both.
-All parts of the chase are well connected with bolt and nut.
-There is an Isolation of 30cm in above and 20cm on sides, all round the baking area.
-The movement of the band in frontward and backward movement is made on Rollers with bearings having 90cm diameter.
-Automatic Band Adjustment is done by sensors and Mechanical system.
-Each zones is equipped with temperature control system in burner part and on the belt which is adjustable with thermocouple and thermostat.
-Each zone is equipped with one circular fan for hot air and each oven is equipped with two steam evacuation system.
-Heat transfer of the oven is made via pipes and each pipe is equipped with damper , which controls the heat accurately in each part of the belt.
-Equipped with electromotor with gearbox for belt movement.
-Equipped with electronic board, PLC control system and touch screen panel for adjusting each zone temperature and belt movement, etc.
